Cheesy Little Baby Quilt
Remember when you were young and Mama always said, "Don't eat too much cheese because it's BINDING!"
Well, this quilt is ALL binding...
Satin blanket binding that is
Everybody is coming up with names for their quilts and all the good ones were taken. This will probably take more than 6 hours (that was a joke right?), it's not coffee colored or even purple, it won't fit a queen-sized bed or a king-sized bed but it might possibly just fit your little prince or princess.
This little baby quilt measures 36" square and the quilt top is made entirely of satin. There is a Teddy Bear Engineer pulling cars that you can add the baby's name and date of birth to make this a quilt that will be cherished for years to come. All designs to make this fabulous quilt are included in this pattern. That includes 2 embroidery designs, 18 quilting designs, and the new and improved, easier to make, fully-illustrated instructions in PDF format (Adobe Reader 5.0 is required). Also available (by special request only) are quilting templates to make the quilting almost perfect. The pattern is available both 5x7, 6x10 and now also available for 4x4 hoops!
The back of quilt is almost as pretty as the front.
Although this is a quick and easy project, a basic knowledge of sewing and quilt construction is necessary. I don't consider myself to be a great seamstress or quilt maker, so...if I can do it, you can do it.
...and the mouse takes the cheese...
Note: Baby not included, nor are the instructions to make one!
